Italy · Lombardy
Lake Como
Grand villas, boat arrivals, and gardens that fall straight into the water. The most requested lake in Europe — and priced like it.
Destination weddings in Europe
Amore Atlas plans destination weddings across Italy, Greece, France, Spain, and Portugal — researched, vetted, and negotiated by Alba, your planning agent, with every quote shown plainly in dollars.
Free to start · No vendor commissions · You always pay vendors directly
How it works
Alba does the research, the outreach, and the chasing. You see everything — every option simplified, every message — and nothing goes to a vendor without your approval.
Two minutes on where, when, how many guests, and what you can spend. Alba builds your plan around real starting budgets for each destination — not wishes.
Every venue and vendor arrives the same way: a photo, a price, a rating, three or four key facts, and Alba's one-line verdict. No 40-tab research spiral.
Alba writes to vendors as your planner, in careful language that protects your budget. You watch each thread live and approve anything before it sends.
Destinations
Honest starting budgets for the full wedding — venue, food, photography, and the rest — for around 20 guests, researched venue by venue in October 2026. If a place doesn't fit your number, Alba will tell you and show you what does. And if your place isn't listed, it isn't out of reach: the last card is yours — Alba takes on anywhere in Europe by request.
Italy · Lombardy
Grand villas, boat arrivals, and gardens that fall straight into the water. The most requested lake in Europe — and priced like it.
Italy · Tuscany
Stone estates, long tables under string lights, and countryside value that quietly outperforms the famous coasts — at an honest floor of €22,000 for a small agriturismo wedding, with most couples landing at €25,000–€35,000.
Italy · Campania
Lemons, cliffside terraces, and Positano light. Spectacular — and honestly expensive: a stripped-back wedding for 20 starts around €23,000, and most couples land at €35,000–€60,000. Anything near $18,000 here is an elopement, not a wedding with guests.
Greece · Cyclades
Caldera sunsets and whitewashed terraces. A lean, real wedding for 20 starts around €16,000 — most couples land at €20,000–€30,000 once catering per head and a fuller bar are in. Beware cheap ceremony-only prices: an hour on a terrace is not a wedding.
France · Provence
Lavender season, bastides with pools, and slow golden evenings. A gentler price than the Riviera, an hour inland — with an honest floor around €20,300 at the smallest bastides, before drinks and extras.
Portugal · Algarve
The best value in Western Europe — with a catch Alba states up front: the €6,500 floor works only via quintas, vineyards, and small-wedding packages. The famous cliff-top resorts carry five-figure minimums, and the same 20 guests honestly start at €15,000+ there.
By request · Anywhere in Europe
The Croatian coast, Mallorca, an Irish castle, the French Riviera — if your heart is set somewhere Alba hasn't built out yet, she'll research it from scratch, honestly and in the open.
If your budget sits below a destination's realistic floor, Amore Atlas says so plainly — and shows the places that genuinely fit — instead of building you a plan that quietly falls apart. The floors Alba plans from, researched in October 2026 for around 20 guests: Lake Como $15,000 · Tuscany €22,000 (≈ $23,700), most couples €25,000–€35,000 · Amalfi Coast €23,000 (≈ $24,800), typically €35,000–€60,000 · Santorini €16,000 (≈ $17,300), most couples €20,000–€30,000 · Provence €20,300 (≈ $21,900) · Algarve €6,500 (≈ $7,000) via the quinta and vineyard route only — cliff-top resorts €15,000+. Smaller changes the math: an elopement or a wedding under ten guests can honestly cost far less, and Alba will show you that shape of day instead of padding a guest list you don't have. Until real quotes land for your date, every figure is a research estimate — labelled as one, never dressed up as a quote.
From a real planning board
This is how Alba presents venues in a couple's portal. Photo, price, rating, the few facts that matter, her verdict. The thinking is done; the deciding is easy. These three cards are samples that show the format — they are not live offers, and no price here is a quote for your date.

Why Amore Atlas
Couples find a venue they love in an evening. Then come the weeks of unanswered emails, quotes that can't be compared, and contracts hiding the real number. That wall — not the dreaming — is what Amore Atlas exists to break.
The big wedding sites list thousands of vendors and leave the work to you. Alba names her picks — photo, price, rating, the few facts that matter, and a clear #1 verdict — and she'll tell you when a beloved option doesn't fit your budget instead of letting you find out at contract stage.
Alba writes to vendors as your planner, from the Amore Atlas company email, in careful language that never reveals your budget. Nothing sends without your approval, you watch every thread live in your portal, and she chases the replies that take vendors weeks — sometimes months — to send.
Every quote is normalized into plain dollars with VAT treatment stated, and read against real benchmarks from quotes couples have actually received. The patterns that inflate European weddings get flagged in the open: tax added at the end, Italy's SIAE music licence (€250–€600), minimum spends that move, room blocks on the couple's credit, deposits far past the normal 40–50%.
Directories are free because vendors pay to be found. Human planners in Italy charge €4,000–€18,000. The AI tools that exist stop at research and drafts — none sends outreach or compares live quotes. Amore Atlas charges one flat fee for the combination, takes no vendor commissions, and you always pay venues and vendors directly.
Roughly 360,000 US couples a year marry away from home, and international weddings average about $41,000 in spend. Italy alone hosted more than 15,100 foreign weddings in 2024 — up 11.4% in a year — at an average spend of €61,500, with Americans about a third of them. Europe is where the money and the difficulty both are: couples find venues through search and social, then hit the outreach wall in a language, a tax system, and a contract culture that isn't theirs.

The fee-only pledge
One flat fee from couples. Nothing from vendors. Below is what that looks like against real quotes.
Amore Atlas is fee-only. Couples pay Amore Atlas one flat fee — the one published in the pricing section below — and that fee is the whole of our income from a wedding.
Alba never takes commissions, referral fees, or markups from vendors, and no vendor can pay for placement or a better position in a shortlist. Ranking is by fit for the couple, full stop.
Couples always pay their vendors directly. Amore Atlas never holds a couple's wedding money.
Both examples below are real quotes received in 2026 by a real couple planning their own Lake Como wedding — June 2027, around 20 guests. Names are removed; the numbers are as quoted.
A Lake Como villa quoted a minimum spend of €8,800. The breakdown had to be asked for. Here it is:
Table setup, dinner service, and ceremony setup were included in that figure.
The point: a headline "minimum spend" is a pre-tax subtotal plus VAT. Alba reconciles every headline figure to its parts before a couple compares anything.
Four photographers quoted on the same Lake Como wedding — the same June 2027 date, the same ~20 guests:
About 6 hours. Full-resolution gallery delivered in 2 weeks.
€2,800 buys 6 hours; €3,200 buys 8. Gallery in 4–6 weeks. Edited files only — no RAW files.
Brochure collections. Taxes included.
8 hours of photo and video together. Travel and accommodation included. 40% booking retainer (€2,200); balance due 1 week before the wedding.
The same wedding drew quotes from €1,500 to €5,500. The difference is hours, delivery time, and what is bundled — which is why quotes are normalized line by line before they are compared.
Deposit norm across these quotes: a 40% retainer, with the balance due 1 week before the wedding.
A fifth quote started at $18,000 USD — a luxury outlier. It is flagged as one, and it is not counted in the range above.
Invites & guest pages
Every Amore Atlas couple gets an elegant digital invite in the same ivory and bronze — personalized with your own photos — that carries guests straight to where to stay, how to get there, and your registry.
Your names, your photos, your venue. It feels like a keepsake because it is one.
Replies, meal choices, and plus-ones land in your portal, already organized.
Flights, transfers, and hotel picks on the same page as the invite — the questions stop coming to you.
You approve the final wording, the photos, and the guest list before the invite is sent or the page is shared with anyone. Alba drafts; you decide.

Alba Agent · Founding
$199
Standard price $299 · first 50 couples, grandfathered
Founding spots are limited to the first cohort — when they're claimed, this tier closes and $299 standard pricing takes over.
Agent + Human Review
$699
Standard price $899 · founding rate
The founding offer. The first 50 couples plan at $199, grandfathered — the rate never rises for them. Founding spots are claimed with the $49 deposit below; when the cohort is full, new couples join at the $299 standard price.
How paying works. The $49 deposit holds your founding spot and locks in the $199 founding price — and it counts toward the $199. It is not an extra fee. Nothing else is charged until you approve Alba's first vendor email: at that moment, before she sends it, the remaining $150 is charged. Alba does no work before payment. Changed your mind before Alba has started any work? The $49 comes back in full. Once she has started — drafting, sending, following up, comparing quotes, or reviewing documents — the deposit is earned and non-refundable; the only exception is a full refund if Amore Atlas fails to deliver at all. Card payments are handled by a secure third-party processor; Amore Atlas never sees or stores your card number.
Questions
Yes — in full, if you change your mind before Alba has done any work. Once she has started — drafting an inquiry, sending or following up with a vendor, comparing quotes, or reviewing a document — the deposit is earned and non-refundable. The sole exception is a full refund if Amore Atlas fails to deliver at all. The terms say this in plain words before you pay, because a deposit you can't understand isn't a deposit, it's a trap.
The $49 counts toward the $199 founding price — it is not an extra fee. The remaining $150 is charged at one moment only: when you approve Alba's first vendor email, before she sends it. No vendor outreach, chasing, quote work, or document review happens before payment. Card payments run through a secure third-party processor; Amore Atlas never sees or stores your card number.
No. No commissions, no markups, no pay-to-rank — at launch, the couple's fee is the whole business model. When Alba recommends a venue or a photographer, it's because it fits your plan, and every option she shows carries a way to check the business yourself: its official website first, then a verifiable public profile, then its published email.
You do — always, directly. Amore Atlas charges only for Alba's work and never holds your wedding money. Deposits you send a vendor are between you and that vendor, under a contract Alba has read with you first.
Alba tells you, in the quiz and in chat, before any plan is built on a number that can't hold. Then she shows you what the same money genuinely buys: a smaller guest list, an elopement-style day, a weekday or shoulder-season date, or a destination whose floor fits — the Algarve's quinta route from €6,500 is the classic example. She will also ask whether your number is a strict cap or has a little flex, and she plans inside whichever answer you give.
A legal ceremony makes you married under that country's law; a symbolic ceremony is the full celebration — vows, rings, your people — with the legal paperwork done separately, usually at home. The rules differ sharply by country: Portugal is the easiest legal route in Europe (a €120 registry process, no residency requirement), Italy and Greece allow foreign couples with translated, apostilled paperwork prepared months ahead, and France is effectively symbolic-only for non-residents — its legal ceremony happens at the town hall and normally requires 30–40 days of residence in that commune, which is why 80–90% of foreign couples in France go symbolic. The quiz asks which route you want, and Alba plans around your answer instead of burying you in paperwork up front.
Yes — anywhere in Europe, by request. Name the place in the quiz or in chat and Alba researches it from scratch: real venues, real quotes, the local rules. Two honest caveats travel with a by-request plan: budget figures start as research estimates until quotes land, and the first shortlist may take a little longer. Same fee, same protections. Outside Europe isn't offered yet — tell Alba the place and you'll be first to know when she gets there.
She plans; she isn't on the ground on your wedding day, and she doesn't replace a day-of coordinator if your venue needs one — she'll tell you when it does. She also won't invent what she doesn't have: where no real quotes exist yet — standalone videography in most destinations, for example — she says so plainly and works from the first real quote you receive. And she never sends anything to a vendor, a guest, or anyone else without your approval.
